The Annual General Meeting in Bong AB (publ) held on 16 May 2012 adopted the following resolutions.

Bong has on January 3rd 2011 acquired all the shares in the Danish envelope- and printing company Egå Offset in Aarhus. Through the acquisition Bong acquires an envelope printing facility and becomes a major supplier of printed envelopes in all of Denmark through its Danish subsidiary Bong Bjørnbak A/S.

Bong has signed an agreement to buy the remaining 90% of the shares in the Polish company Bong CSK based in Poznan and will thereby become the only shareholder of the company. Bong CSK is specialized in manufacturing of air bubble bags used by e-commerce and mail order companies for delivery of light-weight products to consumers. Bong CSK has around 65 employees and a turnover of around 5 MEUR per year.

With reference to the provisions in the legislation relating to trading with financial instruments we hereby announce that the non-cash issue carried out by Bong Ljungdahl AB (publ) has involved an increase of the number of shares and votes in the company during October as follows:

Bong Ljungdahl AB (publ) (“Bong”) has today published a prospectus relating to the admission of newly-issued shares in Bong to trading. The prospectus is available on Bong’s website www.bongljungdahl.se (http://www.bongljungdahl.se/).

Referring to Bong’s press release from February 1 regarding the takeover of Tycon in Luxembourg, Bong hereby wishes to clarify that the deal only comprises Tycon, a production unit specialized in converting Tyvek® material into envelopes and packaging solutions. The DuPont Tyvek® plant, also located in Luxembourg, is thus not involved in the transaction but remains the supplier of the unique Tyvek® material to Tycon.

Bong has acquired Tycon in Luxemburg from Curtis 1000 Europe in liquidation. Tycon has around 20 employees and is specialized in converting of Tyvek® material to different kinds of envelopes and packaging solutions. The deal is expected to contribute positively to Bong’s result from the first quarter 2010.

Bong has acquired 45 percent of the packaging wholesaler Packaging First Limited, located northeast from London. Bong also has the option to buy an additional 40 percent of the company in the coming 3 years. The acquisition is expected to contribute positively to Bong’s result from the second quarter 2009.
